The Halo sauna hat insulates your head from direct heat using 7mm of dual-layered Australian wool felt. It creates a thermal barrier that slows heat transfer to your scalp, allowing your whole body to warm evenly. Sessions go from uncomfortable to enjoyable.
18 months of getting it right
We spent 18 months in research and development because nothing on the market met our standard. Most sauna hats are novelty items. Thin felt, goofy shapes, poor construction. We wanted something you’d be proud to own and use for years. The result: Our dual-layered 100% Australian wool felt. A proprietary concealed hanging loop that converts the traditional sauna cap into a clean bucket hat silhouette. A 5-stitch hand-sewn brim for durability, 4cm embroidered emblem. Every detail tested under the harshest conditions to make sure your Halo lasts. Since we created the first Halo, we are still yet to see another hat that matches.
